Immigration
The Challenge
Constantly changing immigration legislation, coupled with already complicated eligibility requirements, serve to keep immigrants in the shadows. Assistance from a trustworthy immigration attorney or accredited representative is essential. However, immigrants often fall prey to unqualified help. It can be a tremendously daunting task to decipher topics such as:
- Immigration & related federal agencies
- Types of visas
- Qualified legal/immigration assistance
- Eligibility requirements

- Non-immigrant visas (tourist, working, student)
- Immigrant visas
- Legal permanent residency
- Familial sponsorship
- Legal/immigration assistance
- Citizenship test
- Benefits and responsibilities of citizenship
